The Polyurethane Board on the roof will become soft and collapse in the summer
In summer, the roof temperature can reach over 70℃, and ordinary insulation materials are prone to softening and collapse, resulting in water seepage and insulation failure. If the Polyurethane Board is not properly selected, it may also face risks, but the scientifically designed Polyurethane Board system can completely avoid the hidden danger of high temperature deformation.
Triple protection ensures sun resistance and collapse resistance:
Heat-resistant formula: Using polyether polyol and isocyanate modification technology, the temperature resistance range of the board is expanded to -50℃ to +150℃. The actual thickness shrinkage rate is <00.5% (the industry standard allows ≤2%) after continuous exposure to 70℃ for 100 days;
Structural reinforcement: The surface is composited with 0.5mm galvanized steel plate (tensile strength ≥550MPa) or high aluminum foil (reflectivity ≥92%) to block direct ultraviolet rays and improve the roof's load-bearing capacity (≥300kg/㎡ without dents when stepped on);
Installation process: It is recommended to use "staggered splicing of board seams + self-tapping screws + waterproof gaskets" for triple fixation. After wind tunnel simulation testing, it can resist a level 12 typhoon (wind pressure 0.75kN/㎡) without displacement.
