What Thickness of Car Anti Sticking Board Should Be Selected for Different Vehicle Models?
The thickness of car anti sticking board directly affects wear resistance and service cost. The thickness selection should be comprehensively determined according to vehicle models, transported materials and operating conditions, and thicker is not always better.
For small dump trucks and agricultural transport vehicles, which are mainly used to transport soil, sand and muck with small load tonnage and low material impact force, car anti sticking board with thickness of 12mm–15mm is preferred. This specification boasts high cost performance, effectively preventing adhesion of wet materials and meeting the demands of daily short-distance transportation.
Medium dump trucks and engineering tippers usually carry broken stones, river sand and construction waste with moderate load capacity. It is recommended to adopt 15mm–20mm boards. Such boards feature stronger impact resistance to withstand stone collision and extend service life, suitable for regular engineering transportation scenarios.
Heavy-duty large dump trucks and mining dump trucks transport ores, rocks and bulk construction waste for a long time. The materials fall from a great height with strong impact under harsh working conditions. Thickened 20mm–30mm car anti sticking board is recommended. The thickened board is wear-resistant, impact-resistant, not easy to crack or deform, and cuts frequent maintenance and replacement costs.
In addition, if transporting high-humidity silt, clay or materials prone to freezing in winter, you can appropriately increase the thickness on the basis of the standard for the corresponding vehicle model. Meanwhile, do not blindly choose extra-thick boards for vehicles with limited carriage space, to avoid reducing loading volume. We support customized thickness and cutting specifications according to carriage sizes to fit the installation requirements of all types of dump carriages.
